Starting at the port, one goes left upon the river Mera estuary, with tourist path recently renewed that link Gera Lario to Sorico for a suggestive walking all year round.
To see the colours of the river, lake and the wild birds of the oasis (white mute swans, herons, wild ducks, coots, seagulls, fishermens), particulary in winter and middle seasons.
